3	md	Apples, unpeeled, cut into thin wedges
2	c	Sliced celery
20	oz	Can pineapple chunks, drained
8	oz	Sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
3/4	c	Silvered almonds, toasted
1/2	c	Sour cream
1/2	c	Mayonnaise
OPTIONAL
		Leaf lettuce

Combine first five ingredients in a mixing bowl; set aside.

Combine sour cream and mayonnaise, mix well. Pour over apple mixture, toss gently to mix.

Chill one to two hours, serve on lettuce lined plates
